Cambridge Healthcare Properties announced that Deena Paccione has been promoted to Property Manager over both of Cambridge’s San Antonio area owned medical buildings – Westgate Medical Center and Methodist Boerne Medical Center.

“We are very proud of Deena’s accomplishments and are pleased to provide her with added responsibility,” said Robyn Menard, Cambridge’s Vice President – Asset Management. Menard noted that Paccione recently received CEL & Associates’ “A-List” award for superb tenant satisfaction after completing her first full year in charge of Westgate Medical Center.

Paccione joined Cambridge as Tenant Services Coordinator for the Westgate building in February 2007. In her new role managing both Cambridge buildings, Paccione is responsible for more than 200,000 square feet of medical office space and supervision of four Cambridge team members. She manages all aspects of the buildings’ operations including tenant and patient relations, capital projects, tenant improvements, community events, and maintenance, repair and vendor contracts.
